Yes! You can register as both a Seller and a Buyer using the same email address. When you log in, you will be prompted to select which role you want to use for that session. If you need to switch roles, simply log out and log back in, then select the other role at login.
Yes, multiple agents can register with the same email address as long as each agent uses a unique phone number. Each agent account is treated as a separate account requiring its own email and phone verification and subscription payment. When logging in, if multiple agent accounts share the same email, an account picker will appear showing each account along with its phone number so you can select the correct one. If you need to switch to a different agent account, simply log out and log back in.
Memberships are subscription-based and renew automatically. You can choose monthly or annual plans based on your needs.

To permanently delete your account, go to your Profile page and scroll down to the Danger Zone section. Click "Delete My Account" and type DELETE to confirm. This action is permanent and cannot be undone — your profile and personal information will be removed, all active property listings will be deactivated, any pending offers will be canceled, your subscription will be canceled with no refund, and you will not be able to recover your account or any associated data.
